Refund Policy

At Krishna Industries, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible refund and return policy as outlined below.

 

  1. Returns:

You can return any product purchased from Krishna Industries within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are intact.
  • Proof of purchase is provided (invoice or receipt).

 

  1. Non-Returnable Products:

Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Products that have been used or installed.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications.

 

  1. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.

 

  1. Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, you may return the product after delivery as per our return policy.
